Prequel to the first Missing In Action, set in the early 1980s it shows the capture of Colonel Braddock during the Vietnam war in the 1970s, and his captivity with other American POWs in a brutal prison camp, and his plans to escape.

A dieci anni dalla fine del conflitto, il colonnello Braddock è ancora prigioniero dei vietnamiti insieme ad altri militari americani. Il losco e sadico comandante del campo cerca, con ogni tortura, di fargli firmare una "confessione" in cui Braddock si dichiarerebbe criminale di guerra. Il colonnello, però, è un osso duro: resiste al suo aguzzino, riesce a fuggire e, invece di mettersi in salvo, torna a liberare i compagni seminando morte e distruzione...
